Our History

1968-1977

The launch and start-up of the Caspian Mining and Metallurgical Integrated Works

1992

The Enterprise was renamed Chemcomplex «Kaskor» JSC

1998

Establishment of «Kaskor- Chemocomplex »  LLP.

1998-2004

Privatization of industrial facilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, «AKTAL Ltd» LLP acquired the chemical plants of the Caspian Mining and Metallurgical Integrated Works in Aktau city.

2005

«KazAzot » LLP was founded in 2005 on the basis of the property complex of the Fertilizer Plant.

2013

The program «Reconstruction and Production modernization of ammonia, nitric acid and ammonium nitrate» was implemented.

2015

The branch of «KazAzot» LLP started to produce natural gas at the Shagyrly-Shomyshty field.

2016

«KazAzot» LLP was reorganized into « KazAzot» JSC.

2017
